Terms & purchase policy.

The fair-and-square version, then the fine print. Effective 4 September 2026.

The deal, plainly

• Free edition: free forever, for anyone, for any lawful use.
• Pro ($39, one-time): one purchase provides a paid delivery, guided-upgrade, and support entitlement for one machine you own or manage. A second concurrently managed machine needs a second service entitlement. The purchase is verified once, when you claim it (details on the privacy page), and never again — no recurring activation, no expiry, no server your machine needs permission from to keep working. Support moves the service entitlement to a replacement machine on request. Updates are included and free for as long as we publish them, with no version cut-off — the same promise the rest of this site makes on the pages that take the money. There is no paid upgrade waiting at the end of it, and if we ever stop publishing, the copy you bought keeps working and keeps receiving its security updates from Debian.
• What you're buying: the paid delivery, guided-upgrade, curation, integration, testing, and support service — not exclusivity over free software. Dagric-authored code and most included software are open source; separately licensed hardware-enablement components are disclosed on Licenses.
• Open-source rights remain yours. The one-machine service entitlement does not reduce any right to run, copy, study, modify, or redistribute a component under its applicable licence. Do not sell or share a checkout session, private download credential, or support entitlement. Modified distributions must use distinct branding unless written trademark permission says otherwise; the Dagric name and logo are marks of IMPRESSIONSDIRECT360 LLC.

Checkout, promotions and delivery

• Checkout. Stripe hosts checkout. The order is complete when Stripe marks the Checkout Session complete and paid, including a legitimate promotion that reduces the total to zero. Do not close the confirmation page until you have saved the download or receipt link.
• Promotion codes. A promotion can be limited by product, customer, first order, redemption count or expiry. Codes have no cash value, cannot be combined unless checkout expressly allows it, and may be changed or withdrawn before redemption. A completed order will be honored. A discount does not change the one-machine Pro service entitlement; a zero-dollar order has no payment amount to refund.
• Digital delivery. New checkout and binary delivery are currently paused. When distribution is open, Pro is delivered through the private link on the post-checkout page. The link contains a Stripe session identifier and should be kept private. It supports reinstalls and resumed downloads, subject to a generous bandwidth-abuse limit. If an honest reinstall reaches that limit, support can review it.
• Compatibility. The Free live image is the evaluation copy for your actual hardware. Run Check This PC and test the live session before installing or buying Pro. The public test record distinguishes virtual tests and component preflights from physical-machine evidence; neither is a guarantee for a particular PC or Windows application.

Digital-download refund policy

New orders are paused while release-exact corresponding source is completed. For an order placed while distribution was open, Dagric OS Pro is downloadable digital software. Use the Free live image and Check This PC on your actual hardware before buying when downloads resume. Before a Pro download begins, you may use the contact page with your purchase email to ask us to cancel and refund a paid order. Once the Pro download begins, the sale is final: we do not offer change-of-mind or compatibility refunds after delivery has started.

This policy does not take away a remedy that applicable consumer law requires. If access was not delivered, the supplied file is corrupt or wrong, or the software does not meet a mandatory legal guarantee, contact us so we can provide a working replacement or another remedy required by law. Any refund that is required is returned through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing time is outside our control.

Orders completed under an earlier refund promise keep the promise that was displayed when that order completed. For consumers whose law grants a withdrawal right for digital content, the applicable consent, acknowledgement and mandatory-rights rules control.

Fine print

• Eligibility. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, or a parent or guardian must purchase for the household.
• Open-source terms. Each open-source component remains governed by its own licence. If these sale terms conflict with a component's licence, that component's licence controls. See Licenses.
• Warranty. Dagric OS is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing here excludes a warranty or remedy that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude. Always back up your data before installing any operating system.
• Liability. To the extent permitted by law, IMPRESSIONSDIRECT360 LLC's total liability for any claim related to the software or this site is limited to the amount you paid us. This limit does not apply where applicable law does not permit it.
• Third parties. Optional installs you trigger (including Steam, Heroic, NVIDIA driver, DaVinci Resolve, and other Flathub apps) come from Debian, Flathub, or their vendors under their own licenses and terms. GOG, Epic Games, and Amazon Games accounts, purchases, and content remain governed by those providers' terms. Payments are handled by Stripe under Stripe's terms. We never see or store your card details.
• Who you are paying. Dagric OS is sold by IMPRESSIONSDIRECT360 LLC, operating under the fictitious name Dagric. Stripe checkout identifies the customer-facing product brand as Dagric OS, and the bank statement descriptor is DAGRIC OS. Both refer to this seller. If you do not recognise a charge, the contact form can identify it quickly; contacting us does not limit any right to dispute an unauthorized charge with your bank.
• Affiliation. Built on Debian; not affiliated with or endorsed by the Debian Project, KDE e.V., Valve, GOG, Epic Games, Amazon, Heroic Games Launcher, Lutris, NVIDIA, Blackmagic Design, or their respective owners.
• Changes. Changes to these terms apply prospectively from the effective date shown above. The price, service-entitlement scope and purchase policy shown when an order completes govern that order.
• Governing law and severability. Missouri, United States, without taking away mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
